What Blockpit is
Blockpit is a crypto tax software platform that connects to exchanges, wallets, and blockchains, or accepts imported transaction files, to consolidate a customer's portfolio in one place. It categorizes transactions, flags items needing review, and allows customers to analyze gains, losses, and holding periods, simulate sales scenarios, and generate structured crypto tax reports.
In addition to the self-service software, Blockpit offers an Expert Service in which staff set up the customer's portfolio, review transactions, resolve open issues, and prepare the tax calculation. The platform also produces Source of Funds reports to document the origin of crypto assets for banks, exchanges, and other institutions.
