How a firm uses it

- 3Prepare plans with clients
Enter the key in each client’s plan, save it encrypted with the client’s passphrase, and print their Continuity Book.
Who it is for
Built for estate planning practices
Add a crypto continuity plan to the wills, trusts and powers of attorney you already draft.
Give executors, trustees and agents a map before they need one, instead of a search after.
Clients with digital assets in their net worth, and heirs who do not know where those assets are.
Clients whose wallets and exchange accounts an executor will one day have to find and report.
What you get
What the firm licence includes
- Every client, for a year
Prepare as many Continuity Plans as your practice needs during the year.
- Your firm on every page
“Prepared with” your firm’s name, printed on each page of every client’s book.
- Plans that outlast the year
Plans made with the key keep opening, saving and printing after the year ends.
- No client data held
It runs offline in a browser. Each plan is encrypted with the client’s passphrase; nothing reaches us or your systems.
- Never holds a key
It refuses recovery phrases, private keys and passwords if one is typed. The roadmap, not the keys.
- Written for the reader
Each book is written at the executor’s or heir’s level of experience, with a page on what never to do.

Questions
Asked before buying
Does it replace a will or a trust?
No. It transfers nothing and decides nothing. It sits beside the documents you draft: the will says who inherits, and the Continuity Plan says how the family or executor reaches what is there.
Does our firm hold any client crypto information?
No. The file runs offline in a browser and cannot send anything. Each plan is saved as a file encrypted with the client’s passphrase, and neither your firm nor Cryptominium can open it without that passphrase.
Who keeps the plan?
The client. Save the encrypted plan file and print the Continuity Book, then store the book as you would a will: with the executor, in your files or in a safe-deposit box, apart from the recovery material it points to.
What happens after the year?
Plans already made with the key keep opening, saving and printing. To start new plans, renew for another year; the renewed key keeps your firm’s name.
Is this for one family instead?
For your own family, the Crypto Continuity Plan is a one-time licence.
Before you pay
- Sales are final. The demo is the same file with every screen working, so try it first.
- Updates within version 1 are free during the licence year.
- Nothing a client types is sent to us. The file works offline.
The Continuity Plan is not a will or a legal document. It transfers nothing, and it is not legal, tax or financial advice. How assets pass on death depends on the law where the client lives.
