Terms
Terms of service
Version 1 — effective 5 October 2026
1. Who we are, and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and Cryptominium LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Cryptominium”, “we”), about your use of cryptominium.com, its pages, tools, accounts, email alerts, data, API, embeds and badges, MCP server and Telegram bot, including in group chats (together, “the Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Our Disclaimer, Privacy policy and Corrections policy form part of these terms.
2. What the Service is, and what it is not
The Service publishes market information, measurements and written research about crypto assets, and tools that read public blockchains. It also sends the email alerts you ask for (Watch, and Watch My Conditions in the Buyer’s Plan), and makes its figures available through an API, embeds and badges, an MCP server for AI assistants, and a Telegram bot.
- It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. We do not know your circumstances.
- We never hold your assets or keys. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, wallet provider or money transmitter. No tool on the Service trades, swaps, routes an order or asks you to connect a wallet or sign a transaction.
- Every figure is an estimate or a reading at a point in time. Prices, exit costs, alerts and other measurements can be wrong, late or incomplete. Written rows, including the PowerMap, repeat what a project’s or company’s own sources say, with the source and the date; they describe who can do something, never whether they will.
3. Accounts
You may create an account with an email address. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for what is done through your account. Give us accurate information. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
4. What you can buy, and payment
We sell, among other things, the Wallet Exit Pass and the Buyer’s Plan (each a year of access, paid once, which does not renew by itself), statements (the Realizable Value Statement, the Position Statement and the Price Record), and paid listings. Each product’s page states what it includes, its price and its term.
- Payment is made in the payment methods shown at checkout. Today that is crypto only (USDC on Base), sent from a wallet you control. A crypto payment is final once confirmed on its blockchain. You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the right address on the right network; a payment sent wrongly may not be recoverable.
- No refunds. What we sell is a software service, delivered when your payment confirms, and it cannot be returned. All sales are final.
- If we cannot deliver what you paid for because of a fault on our side, we will deliver it as soon as we can, or extend its term by the time lost.
- A paid listing buys placement, never a rating. Payment never changes a measurement, a written row, a PowerMap tag or a tool result. A free way to be listed remains available.
- Prices may change; a change never affects a purchase already made.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- exceed the published rate limits, or try to get around them, including by rotating addresses or accounts;
- scrape the Service in bulk, other than through the API, the MCP server or the open dataset, within their terms;
- interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission (report them to [email protected] instead), or overload it;
- use the Service to break the law, or to deceive anyone, including by presenting our pages, figures or name as endorsing a project;
- submit to the Service a recovery phrase, private key or anyone else’s personal data. (Our tools refuse recovery phrases and do not store them. Never share one with anyone.)
6. Our content, and how you may use it
The Service, its text, design, code and data are ours or our licensors’.
- You may quote and cite individual figures and rows, with credit to Cryptominium and a link to the page they come from.
- The open dataset carries its own licence: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0), free for any use, including commercial, with credit to Cryptominium and a link to the source.
- The API, embeds, badges and MCP server may be used as Developers describes.
- Bulk copying or republishing otherwise requires our written permission.
Material you send us (for example a listing request or a correction) remains yours; you give us permission to use it to provide the Service and to publish what you asked us to publish.
7. Third parties
The Service relies on third-party data, blockchains, nodes and services, and links to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Corrections
If you believe something we publish is wrong, the Corrections policy says how to tell us and what we do next. We correct what is wrong; we do not remove accurate, sourced material because someone would prefer it were not there.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose all of what you put in. Decisions you make are your own.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CRYPTOMINIUM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST FUNDS OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US$100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Cryptominium against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Ending
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or stop offering any part of the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (6, 9, 10, 11, 13) survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; we will note material changes on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. A change never applies to a purchase already made.
