What Radworks is

Radworks is a project building a developer stack for hosting, collaborating on, and funding open-source code. It consists of two components: Radicle, a peer-to-peer code collaboration stack, and Drips, a toolkit for continuously funding software dependencies. RAD is the network's native token.

RAD is used to coordinate participants across the network, govern the project's treasury, and reward infrastructure providers that support the Radicle network. It functions as a governance and coordination token rather than a payment or access token for using the code-hosting tools themselves.

Radworks is deployed on Ethereum as a single chain, which means its governance and reward mechanisms depend on that network's availability and fees. It is categorized as infrastructure and DePIN-related by third-party classifiers, reflecting its role in software coordination rather than in a specific application category. Nothing in the source material describes RAD as entitling holders to revenue, dividends, or a claim on Radicle or Drips usage fees — its stated function is governance and reward coordination. Whether the underlying tools see meaningful developer adoption is a separate question from the token's design, and the source does not provide usage figures to speak to that.

GoPlus reading, 20 October Blocking addresses: none · Pausing transfers: none · GoPlus

On Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain, GoPlus's analysis of each contract is read weekly: whether it has a function to block addresses or pause transfers, and whether an owner holds it. That is GoPlus's reading, not ours. Where a token exists on several chains, one copy's settings say nothing about the original coin.

Always verify a contract address against the project's own site before sending anything. Addresses are shown as published by CoinGecko, not as an endorsement — and identical-looking tokens on other chains are the most common way people lose money here.

The exit-friction index

Once a month we publish what a $100,000 exit really costs across every token we can measure. Leave an address and this month’s figure arrives straight away, and we will write again when the next index publishes. Nothing else, and never to anyone else.
