Earn a return by itself: Yes. USDY is a tokenized note whose price per token rises as yield accrues on what stands behind it: short-term US Treasuries, shares of a Treasury bond fund or bank deposits. Ondo's docs say it may not be offered or sold to US persons, and that other jurisdictions are excluded too.

Earn a return by itself: Yes. OUSG gives exposure to short-term US Treasuries, through funds from asset managers such as BlackRock and Franklin Templeton. Only those who have onboarded to Ondo's qualified-access funds can buy, redeem, transfer or receive it; the most common test is a net worth over $5 million.
