The Practice Pack
Thirty days of the real thing, with no money at risk.
The purpose of a practice month is not to learn about crypto. It is to collect evidence about yourself: whether you actually follow a schedule, what a twenty percent drop does to your resolve, and whether you can leave something alone for a week.
That evidence is not available any other way, and it is very expensive to gather with real money. Write the plan you would have followed, log how you felt, and review it once a week. At the end you will have thirty days of honest data about the only part of this you fully control.
Your one-page plan
Emotion log
One row whenever something moves enough that you notice. The last column is the one that pays for the exercise.
| Date | What moved | What I felt | What I did | What I learned |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Weekly review — five minutes
- Did I follow my own rules this week?
- What did I feel, and did I act on it?
- What one thing will I adjust next week?
The thirty-day run
- Pick one or two assets, a fixed day, and a fixed amount — for example twenty-five a week.
- Each week, write the purchase you would have made. No money moves.
- Log emotions as they happen, not at the end.
- Five-minute review every week, same day.
- At day thirty, read the log start to finish before deciding anything.
If reading the log back is uncomfortable, that is the most useful outcome available and it cost nothing.
