What Chintai is
Chintai is described as a fully licensed and regulated tokenization platform built for financial institutions. It positions itself as an end-to-end, white-label solution for tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs), running on a custom-built, permissioned Layer 1 blockchain. The source does not name a founding team, company, or launch date.
The network's native token, $CHEX, is used for liquidity incentives and resource management within the platform. It is described as fully distributed and deflationary, with "flywheel tokenomics" meant to make the token scarcer as platform demand increases. $CHEX is multi-chain, with a presence on Ethereum, Solana, EOS, Binance Smart Chain, and the Chintai Network itself.
What this does not tell you: the source states Chintai is "licensed and regulated" without naming a regulator, jurisdiction, or license type, so that claim cannot be independently checked here. The deflationary "flywheel" is a described mechanism, not a measured outcome — no supply figures, burn totals, or circulating-supply data are given, so its actual effect on scarcity is not verifiable from this material. Classification places CHEX across several overlapping categories — DEX, DeFi, RWA, exchange-based tokens — which reflects breadth of tagging rather than a single defined use case. Deployments are confirmed on Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, and Solana; note this differs from the EOS deployment mentioned in the platform's own description, which is not part of the confirmed deployment list. As with any tokenization platform, the token itself does not represent ownership of the underlying tokenized assets.

Our own measurement · measured 20 October 2026
This token stands for an asset that exists off the chain. Its value depends on the issuer and on that asset, and turning it into anything else is on the issuer's terms.

What a coin can do is not a reason to buy it or to sell it. Each answer names its source and the day we read it; where we could not source one, the row is left out. How these are written · Every coin we have written up
Where CHEX lives
On Solana, a mint authority can create more of the token and a freeze authority can freeze it in a holder's account; both are read from the token itself, every day. On Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain, GoPlus's analysis of each contract is read weekly: whether it has a function to block addresses or pause transfers, and whether an owner holds it. That is GoPlus's reading, not ours. Where a token exists on several chains, one copy's settings say nothing about the original coin.
Always verify a contract address against the project's own site before sending anything. Addresses are shown as published by CoinGecko, not as an endorsement — and identical-looking tokens on other chains are the most common way people lose money here.
