What Realio Network Token is
Realio Network Token (RIO) is the native token of Realio, a digital issuance, investment and peer-to-peer trading platform. Realio describes itself as operating a proprietary distributed network for issuing and interconnecting decentralized ecosystems, with a focus on sourcing investment opportunities such as real estate private equity and providing tools for third-party issuers to digitize assets and raise capital.
The network combines permissioned and permissionless architecture, intended to satisfy securities regulations while widening access to investment products that have typically been limited to institutional investors. Its design is described as modular and scalable, with built-in liquidity, distributing functions like issuance and regulatory compliance across a network of independent participants rather than centralizing them. Issuers can either raise capital within the network or license the underlying technology as a white-label solution.
RIO is classified by CoinGecko under several categories, including Smart Contract Platform, Layer 1, and Real World Assets, and the token is deployed across multiple chains, including Algorand, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Osmosis, Solana and Stellar. The source material describes a platform and a network architecture; it does not specify what claim, if any, RIO itself represents on-chain, nor does it state a supply schedule, a governance role, or a mechanism by which the token accrues value from network activity. A multi-chain deployment spanning seven networks also means liquidity and functionality may differ materially from one chain to another, and nothing in the source indicates these deployments are functionally identical.
Where RIO lives
On Solana, a mint authority can create more of the token and a freeze authority can freeze it in a holder's account; both are read from the token itself, every day. On Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain, GoPlus's analysis of each contract is read weekly: whether it has a function to block addresses or pause transfers, and whether an owner holds it. That is GoPlus's reading, not ours. Where a token exists on several chains, one copy's settings say nothing about the original coin.
Always verify a contract address against the project's own site before sending anything. Addresses are shown as published by CoinGecko, not as an endorsement — and identical-looking tokens on other chains are the most common way people lose money here.
